This assignment took many different forms and iterations throughout the process. I started with analog designs, such as writing on a wheel (I still have paint on my truck) and collage. I found that the collage was not successful, and did not follow the themes of the song well. Overall it looked messy and unfinished. The wheel idea ended up in my final design, but in a different context. It went from being the main element to the album sticker. I also built off my ideas of duality through logic verses emotion by adding in a phone, a personal way of connecting with people. I liked that my album stickers showed the contrast of these two feelings well through showing two different aspects. I liked the ransom font that I ended up with, it added to the playful element that I was hoping to achieve throughout this project. The hardest part was figuring out the pdf to inDesign transition.
