For the final poster I choose to make mine about Frontier Days in Cheyenne, Wyoming. This is a ten day long rodeo, concert, carnival, and food festival. They built a grounds just for this annual summer event. Huge country headliners play, Cody Johnson, Zach Bryan, Post Malone, Lainey Wilson, and Garth Brooks to name a few. I chose this festival as it is an event I attend and enjoy. They have amazing music and a great community. 

The hardest part of this assignment was figuring out how to manipulate the type. I did not like transitioning it front illustrator to indesign. I had the most fun on Adobe fonts. I love that you can just type in themes and get matching fonts. Putting effects on text while it was in indesign was supper frustrating, as it did not let you preview a lot of it. Overall this project went pretty smoothly at the end. In the beginning I was struggling with being out of town and busy with other commitments. I ended up scrapping my original idea of Salmon Days and moving towards something that was more my style. This was a great choice and allowed me to improve my design.
